Cabinet For Mini Refridgerater

Ingredients (serves 4): 400 grams of rice arborio, 150 grams of fresh tuna, 150 grams of black and green olives, 100 grams of Tuscan beans, mustard, pickled peppers 2 red and one yellow, olive oil and lemon to taste.
Preparation: Boil the rice, remove from heat to the tooth and rinse it under tap water to stop cooking and to ensure that the grains remain well defined. Pour into a bowl and add diced tuna, pitted olives, cooked beans and pickled peppers cut into strips. Season with olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar to taste and half tablespoon mustard well dissolved.
